Ingredients:
- 6 to 8 pork chops
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 3 cups water
Preparation:
- In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, combine the soup mix, rice and water.
- Place pork chops on top of the mixture.
- Spoon a little mixture on top of each chop.
- Cover tightly and bake in a 350° F. oven for 40 minutes.
- remove cover and cook for another 20 minutes.
